How does Mindlora conduct interviews on our behalf?
You share the role, skills, seniority, and hiring bar. We configure the interview, invite candidates, conduct the required HR, technical, and coding rounds, then return scorecards and a ranked shortlist.
Can we customize the interview to our JD?
Yes. Questions, follow-ups, coding tasks, competencies, scoring weights, and pass thresholds can be tailored to each job description and seniority level.
What happens if a candidate needs a human follow-up?
The scorecard flags unclear, incomplete, or conflicting evidence. Your recruiter or hiring manager can then run a focused follow-up instead of repeating the full screening round.
How is scoring calculated and can we see the evidence?
Candidates are scored against the role-specific rubric you approve. Each score links to transcript evidence, coding results, and the signals used in the evaluation.
Is candidate data secure and DPDP-compliant?
Candidate data is stored in India on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1), encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by role-based access and audit logs. Our controls are designed for DPDP Act 2023 compliance.
Can this integrate with our ATS or HRMS?
Yes. Enterprise plans can connect approved ATS and HRMS workflows through APIs and integrations after technical scoping.
How is pricing decided?

Which roles can Mindlora interview for?
Mindlora supports tech and non-tech hiring, including individual roles, agency pipelines, mass hiring, and campus recruitment drives.
Which languages are supported?
HR screening is available in English and Hindi. Additional Indian languages will be added after validation with hiring teams.
How are candidates invited?
Your team can invite candidates individually or upload them in bulk. Each candidate receives a secure interview link and completion instructions.
